My supervision and training approach is rooted in a collaborative and growth-oriented framework. Creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your work, enhance your skills, and reflect on your professional development is key for me.
I offer supervision in the application of narrative practice in particular, whether you are a mental health professional, non-mental health professional, researcher, or volunteer. It is tailored to your individual goals and work context, ensuring that you receive personalised guidance and support. My goal is to help translate narrative concepts into meaningful practice, assist you in exploring how narrative practice can inform your work and help you respond to challenges and dilemmas.
My supervision service also offers a space for self-reflection and personal growth. Work, research or volunteer contexts can be emotionally demanding. I hope to support you in navigating the emotional challenges that may arise for you and in maintaining a sense of purpose and equilibrium.
My training and workshops are designed to provide you with valuable knowledge, practical skills, and a supportive learning environment. My training programs are carefully curated to cover a wide range of topics relevant to the fields of trauma, refugees and narrative practice. My workshops are designed to be interactive and hands-on, providing you with the opportunity to practise and refine your skills.
My services are designed to be flexible and accommodating to your schedule. I can offer both individual and group supervision options, allowing you to choose the format that best meets your needs. Supervision can consist of a one-off consultation or regular sessions. Whilst online delivery is most common, in-service supervision and training can be organised depending on the request.
